Free ChatGPT Go Plan:
Leading artificial intelligence company OpenAI has recently made its “ChatGPT Go” service available for free in India. This plan, which was launched in August for ₹399 per month, is now being offered free for one year. The company announced this offer during its first DevDay Exchange event.
Compared to the free plan, ChatGPT Go offers 10 times higher limits for messages, image generation, and file/image uploads. Its memory capacity is also twice as large as that of the free plan.
Through features like Projects, Tasks, and Custom GPTs, users can complete their work more easily and track their progress. It is said that OpenAI introduced this one-year free offer to attract more users. Meanwhile, the ChatGPT Plus plan continues to be available at ₹1,999, and for professionals and organizations, OpenAI also offers a Pro plan with advanced features for ₹19,900.
How to get this plan:
- First, go to the ChatGPT website and sign in with your account. (Note: This offer is currently not available in the mobile app.)
- Once logged in, you’ll see a “Try Go, Free” popup. Click the “Try Go” button.
- You’ll then be taken to the pricing page, where all ChatGPT plans are shown. The Go plan will display a price of ₹0. Click “Upgrade to Go.”
- You’ll be redirected to the payment page. There, you must “pay” ₹0 using UPI, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.
- After activation, make sure to turn off the auto-pay option before the offer period ends.
That’s it! Your ChatGPT Go Plan will be activated.
